Typically, this type of treatment is combined with other options, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy and/or hormone therapy.

Genetic counseling

Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center
The Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center provides hope for all who hear the words, “You have cancer.” All non-medical services are offered by the Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center at no cost to patients and their families regardless of where they receive their direct medical care. From diagnosis to survivorship, patients may come to the Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center for a variety of services.
Art therapy
Art therapy provides a safe place to communicate feelings and experiences of being a cancer survivor through the creative process.
- Class take place the first Wednesday of every month from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at the Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center
Exercise classes for cancer patients and caregivers
Survivor Gals Cancer Boutique
Survivor Gals Cancer Boutique is a special boutique available to help you look and feel your best during your cancer treatment. Survivor Gals offers products and services that minimize the effects of cancer therapy.
A certified fitter is available to help meet your needs. Call to schedule an appointment for a one-on-one experience.

Community outreach
