Research cores
Baylor Scott & White Research Institute Scientific Research Cores are dedicated to facilitating basic, clinical and translational research by fostering collaboration among researchers and the larger scientific and clinical community. The Scientific Research Cores provide access to state-of-the-art research tools, instruments, technologies, services, training and expert consultation for investigators, optimizing the quality and efficiency of research.
Comprehensive resources for initiating and conducting clinical trials
The Clinical Trials Office (CTO) serves as a comprehensive resource for initiating and conducting clinical trials for physicians and other investigators on the medical staff at Baylor Scott & White hospitals and research centers. The office encourages research and assists investigators and representatives of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and device industries in navigating the complex research arena.
Investigators may conduct clinical trials through the CTO while maintaining responsibility for the project, or the CTO can provide specific services tailored to an investigator’s individual needs.

Baylor University Medical Center Proceedings is the peer-reviewed general medical journal of Baylor Scott & White Health
This award-winning journal contains a mixture of articles and features, including original research, reviews, historical articles, editorials, case studies and book reviews. Submissions are welcome.
Subscriptions are free for medical staff and house staff affiliated with Baylor Scott & White. Select articles are available for CME credit.
