Start your recovery journey with a video visit with your specialist before you meet your dedicated care coordinator. Your care may include both virtual and in-person appointments with Baylor Scott & White Health providers, tailored to your schedule and unique needs.

2. Tell us about yourself

Kick off your treatment with a brief questionnaire, so we can get to know your health goals.

3. Attend your video visit

During your video visit, your specialist will help you understand your treatment options and create a custom plan for you.

4. Get on track to feeling better

After your treatment plan has been tailored to your needs, you’ll meet your dedicated care coordinator and start your recovery.

Your care coordinator guides you through your treatment and schedules additional care if needed.

Creating an online account today allows you to use our many virtual care services, whenever you need them. For virtual care for a child younger than 18, you or the child’s legal guardian must have an account linked to the child’s account first.
