Niloofar Yari, MD

Dr. Yari is a board-certified neuromuscular medicine specialist with a strong interest in the care and management of patients with nerve and muscle problems as well as headaches. Her special skills include performing electromyography, nerve conduction studies (EMG/NCS), neuromuscular ultrasounds for conditions ranging from carpal tunnel syndrome and nerve entrapment to more complex conditions such as brachial plexopathy and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Another area of interest is management of headaches/migraines and chronic pain using both medication and non-medication approaches. She has numerous publications to her name. Dr. Yari enjoys writing stories, listening to audiobooks and spending time with family.
