Niraj Vora, MD

Dr. Vora was born in Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India), an urban city in the western part of the country. He came to the US in high school and lived in Schertz, TX. He attended a few years of undergrad at the University of Texas at San Antonio and went on to pursue his dream in the field of medicine in St. Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean at Windsor University School of Medicine due to early acceptance.

He completed a pediatric residency at Metro Health Medical Center, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, along with part of his training at Cleveland Clinic. He then completed a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship at Baylor Scott & White Health Texas A & M Health Science Center in Temple, TX.

Dr. Vora’s research interest in the field of Neonatology includes short- and long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes of premature infants. He is passionate about research and education.

Dr. Vora is married, and he has a son. His hobbies include reading, traveling, singing (mostly Bollywood songs) and trying different foods. His life’s motto is: Live life to the fullest, and focus on the positive!
