Clinical simulation scheduling process
We are proud to offer a variety of simulation services and capabilities including audio/visual equipment and recording upon request. To allow for proper preparation, please submit a request at least 3 weeks in advance of your event.
Our hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After hours events require pre-approval- please reach out well in advance to our Simulation Program Manager.
We are able to provide services in situ at any location on the Baylor Scott & White Temple Campus or Temple College.
For service areas outside of Temple Campus, please specify and submit a request.
To request an event
Please fill out the request form and be sure to include a contact for a facilitator that will be present the day of the event.
Expect the Simulation Coordinator to reach out within 2 business days to discuss the details.
Cancellation/change policy
To cancel or change the original simulation request, notification must be made to:
