How to schedule a virtual urgent care visit

Video visits

When you schedule your virtual video visit, MyBSWHealth will present the next available appointment times, allowing you to select a time that best meets your needs. During your video visit, you will meet with a 24/7 care provider, who will ask you about your symptoms and provide a treatment plan. Virtual video visits cannot provide referrals, lab tests or X-rays.

Here’s how to schedule:

  1. Click the link below, or download the MyBSWHealth app if you haven’t already, and create an account or sign in with your existing account. You can also log in via a web browser on your computer.
  2. Under Get Care, Select 24/7 virtual care. Then, select Video Visit, and tap the 24/7 care tab to select an appointment time that meets your needs.
  3. Before your appointment, complete eCheck-In using MyBSWHealth. Once finished, the Launch Visit button will appear under your Appointments on your MyBSWHealth home screen up to five minutes before your scheduled appointment.
