Speak to your provider through MyBSWHealth
Virtual care allows you to do more than schedule online appointments. Through MyBSWHealth, you can also send secure, private messages to your healthcare provider for non-urgent medical questions.
What can be treated through messaging your provider?
Private messages should be used only for non-urgent medical conditions related to:
- Acne
- Cough
- COVID-19 symptoms
- Generalized anxiety
- High blood pressure
- Medication management
- Rash
- Sinus or upper respiratory infections
- Urinary tract infections
To discuss other medical conditions, it’s best to schedule an office visit, eVisit or virtual doctor visit.
What to expect
You can send a message at any time, and your provider or care team will respond within two business days. They may request more information before offering treatment or medical advice. If your provider or care team would prefer to discuss the issue in more detail, they may recommend scheduling an in-person or video visit. However, many questions can be answered without needing to schedule an appointment.
